Just for today (I will TRY TO):
I will only try to improve myself - I will not list others flaws or improvements that they need.
I will make an effort with my appearance and take care of myself.
I will not eat foods that I am allergic to or trigger overeating for me.
I will not take out my frustrations on others.
I will not become anxious over situations out of my control - the only situations I can control are my reactions and actions - no one elses.
I will not gossip about others.
I will try to be extra kind to everyone that crosses my path.
I will take responsibility for my own actions and thoughts. 
I will live in the day and not obsess about yesterday or tomorrow.
